St. Louis Catholic School depends on your volunteer time to help in the following areas: playground, lunchroom, kitchen help, room parents, selling scripts, chaperone field trips or dances, PTO functions and projects, teacher aids, school improvements and a variety of other positions. All families are asked to volunteer at least 40 hours per year. We depend on your generosity in volunteering to make St. Louis Catholic School a success! Current pdf Volunteer Commitment Form Volunteer Worker Hold Harmless Agreement page 1 and 2 Volunteers working with students are required to have a back ground check and must attend the “Safe Environment Training”

RECORD VOLUNTEER HOURS Now that we have completed the first quarter, we will be adding up the volunteer hours. If you have not recorded your hours, please do so by Wednesday, November 7. If your family is receiving financial assistance, you must have 20 hours recorded in the logbook by the end of the second quarter, January 9.
