St. Louis School Fundraiser Programs IT’S ALMOST HERE… THE BIGGEST PARISH FUNDRAISER IS COMING! “DENIM AND DIAMONDS” The 2008 Angels Auction will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2008, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at St Martin de Porres Catholic Church, 3300 Table Mesa Drive, Boulder. Invitations will be mailed by March 1, 2008, so be sure to check your mailbox. Donations are currently being accepted at the school. Specific help is needed with set-up on Friday, April 25, 2008, during the day, and with donation pick up from various donors throughout the area. Middle School Fun Night Mark your calendar now for Friday, April 25th from 7-9 pm at Sacred Heart of Mary on South Boulder Road. We have the gym there to play Lights Out Dodge Ball. It will be middle school vs. high school so bring your ‘A game.’ There is a small cost of $5 per person. Permission slips will go home this week. Come and feast at our next Mexican Dinner on Saturday, April 19th at 6 pm. This is a fundraiser for World Youth Day in Sydney, Australia. You can pay at the door that night. Advance reservations are not necessary. Suggested donation: $10 for adults and $7 for children 12- 6 and 5 and under are free.

This year’s Pure by Choice rally will be on Sunday, March 9th from 2-6 pm at the Broomfield Event Center. This is recommended for 8th grade and older. Foolish Things will be the featured band and Chris Stafanick from the Archdiocesan Office of Youth Ministry will be one of the speakers. There will be a group going from St. Louis. SAFEWAY 10% BACK TO SCHOOL DONATION The Scrip Rebate Program is a win for you as tuition payees and a win for the school. Please consider opting into this program. Start earning immediately for a rebate on this year’s tuition. The rebate earned will be equal to 2% of your total purchases of grocery scrip between June 1, 2007 and May 27, 2008 with a minimum total purchase of $2,000.00. Purchase King Soopers ($25), Safeway ($10, $25, $100), Wild Oats, ($25, $50, $100). Food and gas are necessities, scrip is a choice. It’s easy. Scrip is sold through the school office, parish office, the early learning center office and after weekend Masses. Remember to buy scrip for your holiday needs. ALBERTSONS: We can no longer track the purchases made by individuals at Albertsons. However, Albertsons will give St. Louis Church 1% of purchases made using the new Community Partners Card. These cards may be requested through the school office. Clip the Official Box Top labels off participating products and place it in a zip lock bag provided for your student. Return the bags to Mrs. LaSalle’s office. The Box Tops will be collected and counted. The zip lock bags will be returned to the student to collect more Box Tops. Be sure to check your grocery receipts from Safeway, King Soopers and Albertson’s. They give bonus coupons for box tops during the school year. They can be worth $10, $20, or $30.
