Balfour Mass - Father Timothy Gains

Every Year St. Louis Church performs Mass at the Balfour Elderly Home in Louisville. The students are invited to Balfour and help Father Tim with the morning Mass. Each group of students from ELC to 8th grade say a reading from the Bible before Father Tim blesses the Eucharist. After Mass is over many of the students interact with the Balfour residents. The joy the St. Louis children bring to Balfour is worth every bit of volunteer efforts from the parents.
